The client would like to have the ability to set up more than one administrator for Sage Self-Service on payroll.

Please explain how this would benefit you and your firm and the impact it would have.
This would be a contingency plan should the main admin be unreachable (sick leave) so that the leave approval does not come to a halt when they're not available. |

This is per design of the Sage Self Service offering. It will not be changed in the Sage Self Service portal and therefore we cannot offer this from a payroll platform.
